Loving the attacking football that the Albion are committing to.

Better to go for the 3 points at home and risk conceding than rely on the defence to eke out a solitary point.

The BBC view so far

"Brighton have had a lot of possession but have not really been effective with it. Newcastle look very comfortable at the back. When Newcastle do get the ball and attack they have players getting in between the lines but Brighton on the other hand have players too deep. That is the major difference at the moment."

This match is primed for Izzy or Izqy, or even both. We have space and opportunities. I just don't see this type of game suiting Hemed. Hopefully any changes will give any subs a decent chance of making an impression.

Just hope we don't sit back on 70 minutes. It doesn't work.

Definitely need a bit more pace upfront I think or just an improvement in awareness.

Stephens and Propper are different players to the ones seen in our first few games. We are missing a killer instinct up top. Think we would be better without an out and our striker and use either Brown or Izquierdo to give more pace and movement in the middle as Hemed is just being muscled out the game even if he hasn't done much wrong

lucky to go in 0-0 tbh, Some silly mistakes, and defenders standing off. Started to play some attractive football but never tested there goalie.

Hemed twice has been either too slow or just misread crosses.

Hopefully be more clinical in the 2nd half, if we keep possession, and stop doing stupid things, Like matty ryan 3 times no less, hoofing the ball out of touch from a goal kick.
