I agree with that but not sure anything has changed.
LCFC are reputedly looking for £5m for him - LOL
That was attributed to ' The Sun ' and was quoted in Sky Sports Paper Talk.

He is currently on loan at Exeter.
There have been quite a few deals where this happens first.
It allows the player to sign a contract with the club he is on loan with as a free agent.
So both the existing club and player can part without a pay off..
We have a painter working at our house today: the first thing he said to me was "What do you think of our new signing?" I was a bit surprised when he told me that he'd heard on Talk Sport this morning that we'd signed a striker from Celtic.
A bit of quick checking revealed this to be nonsense but did anyone hear anything like this on the radio this morning? I can't work out whether he needs to clean his lugs out or whether TalkSport really said something like this ... and are now forgetting all about it

You're overreacting. All managers say that it's hard to do deals in January, but that the ones that do happen tend to happen in late January.

I would say we are 2 players short of being a good team somebody to put the ball in the net and a creative attacking midfielder in the vane of Chippy or Dodge.
Absolutely - seems ages since we had a midfielder of their quality, and I include Crofts here, who I dont think has quite the qualities of either. Dodge, I felt, was so underrated. But oh for another Horton, Sully, Wilson or Case.
