Not too bothered tbh, a Carlisle win or draw would be very funny but it would all pale next year as Leeds romped the league and we had to put up with deductions crap all next season as well as having one promotion place out of our grasp.

A few days of laughing at Leeds or not having to put up with another season of them? (said with the head)

But, yeah, good luck Carlisle ( said with the heart)

Oh I don't know, if Leeds don't go up this season then I can see quite a few of their players looking to play in a higher division.

I just hope that football is the winner and everyone has a nice time.

Let's hope that both sets of supporters enjoy their alcohol responsibly.

My sentiments entirely... except for the part where you missed out "COME ON CARLISLE DO THOSE LEEDS SCUM!!!"... yeah except that bit it was spot on.

If all those Leeds fans had given their spare change to the club rather than throwing it at the Carlise players maybe they wouldnt have gone bankrupt in the first place

not a fan of drink driving.

So in order for Starry to be able to drive you home Paddy, you've paid for her ticket and [assuming the babies get in free] 2 child tickets, plus fuel for a £657 mile round trip, plus food and coffee and orange juice and sweets, and comics for the kids, etc? I make that about £180.

Have you ever heard of TRAINS?

With the amount of restrictions of actually being able to get a ticket due to your showing last time & the 'battle of botchergate' it's not that much of a shock...
there will be 14K in there

Still, as a big club, it could be 100,000 or 10, you shouldn't be in this league, right, as a big club....:O

I add my good luck to Carlisle sentiments.

I know people will say but it's better if Leeds get out of this division so we will have more chance of promotion. But I say Bo****ks. Leeds didn't walk the division this year, they came second in footballing terms. But as we know from teams like Sheff Wed,Notts F the first season in a lower league is a novel experience. Apathy sets in, other teams get used to your style of play and you get bogged down. Sure Leeds may buck the trend, but I for one don't think so.

GOOD LUCK CARLISLE

no, what are they?

i did look into it but it was a ballache to get back. we were let down with a babysitter as well, the babies were not part of my original plan and i am hoping we might be able to drop them off in derby on the way up.

monkster, eh either way, it is a shame it won't be a full house. are you going?

It wil only be 1k ish down on a full house, due to the segregation from the east stand setback block & the waterworks end....

As much as I wanted to go to this from Brighton today, I can't get a ticket without a Cumbrian postcode.......

Lets just hope that Football & the 71 other clubs are the winners:thumbsup::lolol::ascarf:

that is a shame you couldn't get a ticket, i know plenty of leeds fans who have one way or another managed to talk their way to home end tickets.

anyway, we're off now, lets hope it is a good game and football is the winner ;) :D
