Err bit of a hypocrite there? Although you do seem to have finally stopped talking bollocks about Murray.

Murray seems to have finally realised that he's not God's gift and he has to put in the graft. Got no problem with him at all this season. Even defended the boy when a dumbass lynch squad were giving him a seriously hard time this season for some heinous crime like not blowing them individual kisses after some shit away fixture or other.

Unfortunately you seem to have turned your expert critical eye towards Gus recently...

Unfortunately, Gus has turned out to be seriously flakey and has burnt his bridges with our top scorer with a run of evil-looking games coming up. Doubt he'll be here at the end of the season. Doubt he'll be here at Easter. Oh, and his choice of his no.2 is a worse abuse of jobs-for-the-boys than we had before.

The cognoscenti are never wrong. Take notes. Improve your game.

:fishing: Having said that the problem is mainly to do with his age. So how old was Dean Windass when he stopped playing ? Windass was in his forties and still scoring goals.

So much guesswork in there it's not true. I'd say Forster has burnt his bridges with the club, unfortunately. Fergie always knows when it's time to get rid of a top player, regardless of who it is.

If you REALLY think Gus is going anywhere anytime soon you must be mental. He is Bloom's man. There's no way he's going anywhere.

The cognescenti are usually wrong, as has been proved numerous times in the past. Take notes.

Gus hasnt burnt his bridges, forster has! Mind boggling the things ive read and heard on here about this. Forster couldnt wait another month or two to hear if hes got a contract or what his contract is and runs to the press moaning instead of keeping it in house, then numpties on here start moaning about gus and calling into question his actions, totally weird, what was he supposed to do, say "oh forster, im so sorry mate heres another 2 or 3 yrs on £xK a week, dont worry the plays broken down nearly everytime youve got the ball the last few games and seem to have lost a bit of your old turn of foot, we reward players for their past efforts here, not future prospects!"

Gus has acted quite properly in the manner and im actually surprised Forster hasnt been docked wages. The way people talk on here about forsters ability as well, he`s not Zamora. Hes been a great player for us these last few years but hes not 21 anymore and a few goals apart definitely hasnt been as good on the ball this season. Is this how these people act in their place of work? Mind boggling.

Oh, and his choice of his no.2 is a worse abuse of jobs-for-the-boys than we had before.

What bullshit.

Taricco and Poyet always said they would work together, being close mates. They have both played at the highest level in this country and are extremely well respected in the English game. Having someone you get on with and respect, that has played at the level that Taricco has as your number 2 cannot be described as a case of 'jobs-for-the-boys'.

I don't think anyone is coming out of this situation well, but to start a thread like this when we have absolutely no concrete information on the matter is quite frankly ludicrous.

Forster has been a very professional, highly committed member of the team for nearly 3 years now. Until we know why he is suddenly so unhappy with things, I'll reserve judgement thanks.

Spot on.

Who does really know the truth at the moment. In the absence of any clarity coming out of the situation I'm saddened that we have not got one of the best forwards in League 1 turning out for us.

Perhaps we should buy McCleish when we are in div 2.

Quite. This board is in danger of imploding into a black hole of stupidity.

Thank your god(s) for the cognoscenti

Why do you always seem to complain about "stupid" thread by posting "stupid" comments? You really struggle with irony don't you?
