Exactly. is it really any wonder that thousands are still dying, when we see every day that so many folk are not prepared to fully abide by the rules, assuming that their little indiscretion is OK. I went to the local shop this morning and on the way -just a 15 minute walk - had to make 3 detours to avoid small groups chatting and walking along.
