Worthing
I remember getting absolutely soaked at the 3-3 game v Liverpool, blimey, did it rain that afternoon.

My best mate decided to get married that day 17th October 1981.

I’d love to let it lie with him even now , but I just can’t.

The Man in the High Castle perhaps? ???

Normally I wouldn't mind but I heard a story about this fella called Paul Valley and that has me worried. Apparently he was someone else but the other person claimed he didn't know about it.

The dull part of the south coast
I'm surprised it stayed until that long, I was always getting covered in rust in the late 60's.... if you ever witnessed John Templeman and others in the team take a shot at goal you'll understand why.

Even more alarming was when Alex Dawson was playing. If he decided to bundle the opposition goalie into the back of the net that usually meant a mini-earthquake with the keeper, the net and the goal frame shaking. It probably affected the foundations of the North Stand as well. Alex’s actions alone would probably have alleviated any rust problems - permanently.

I thought it was quite colourful but looked nothing like a small inflatable boat. :)
