Norman says he will come to Withdean:lolol:

Can he get introduced to the crowd at half-time please?

Do we get anything to throw at him?

Respect each other, says Baker! Baker moaning about people imputing "ill motives" Yeah, apart from steak-and-kidney-pie gate for Prescott, impugning Derek Chapman's integrity, impugning the board's intregrity re. the hotel report, apart from that he's Mr Clean!

You can tell Perry and Baker will never get on now.

Baker is basically blaming the whole saga on LDC. Nothing to do with him.

He does not think the majority of his voters want Falmer.

He wants to meet Knight & Perry...... maybe at Withdean!

That went very well, bravo to the 4 Albion callers who did brilliantly, and well done to Harty who compered it well.

People in Rottingdean are against Falmer, apparently.

People in Rottingdean are against anything that involves anyone under the age of 80 though.

I hope that Falmer residents/Argus letter writers etc were listening today as the callers did brilliantly!

I thought Baker (though articulate) came over as a whiny little man saying, in essence, that people were picking on him for something that was completely beyond his control but still able to butt in.

I'm sure there will be those (though probably not on here) who think he has shown a lot of bravery and "good on him to stand up for what he believes is right". However, the real reasons he came on today's phone in were:

-To sit smugly, safe in the knowledge that whatever anyone said to him, he would continue to throw his muck about.
-To attempt to create disharmony within the club by making out that he has no problem with the fans, but that the board are disingenuous (sp?): clearly he has no idea about the fans of this club!
-To make himself feel (and possibly look) important! When in fact, his opinion on the matter as Lewes MP makes no difference whatsoever! Much more useful would be to get a member of LDC to come on the show...but it's ok, we can wait until the local elections where Ed & co will destroy them in more of a public forum.

I'd like to agree with LI that we are lucky to have such intelligent and informed individuals as our spokespeople, hats off to ya! Especially liked the 'route to Sheepcote' question as that had him stumped! :clap2:  :drink:
