They should get whoever is in charge of the rest of the new graphics on the scoreboard. The quality of the newer stuff their team is putting out is spot on IMO.

I thought there was a rule in the PL (and EFL for that matter) which prevented the additional minutes beyond 45 / 90 being displayed?

You're right, there is (or at least there was), so it will stop at 90 for PL games.
