Skateboard is too obvious, I find a few marbles on the top step usually do the trick. They did for me anyway when my ex was pregnant and I didn't fancy all that bloody noise and expense for the next 20 years

The most curious thing..
It's her money not yours.

Hope she blows it all on a round the world cruise and toyboys.

Now I'm not saying I am not fond of the old girl in a way but my dilemma is that I don't want her hanging around for ever. If she hangs on to her eighties or god forbid her nineties then the inheritance is not going to come to us so that we can blow it whilst we are still young enough to enjoy it. Yes a part of me thinks that maybe I am being a little hard here but couldnT bare to see it swallowed up in nursing home fees when I thinking of other ways of releasing it into other industries.
I,m not advocating skateboards at the top of her stairs or oiling up her linoleum on her kitchen floor but what do others think of the pangs I, feeling.
Are they guilt or just impatients ?
Be honest, you,ve all thought this haven,t you ?
She is late 60s and in poor health at the moment.

I've heard the money is being left to Albion so we can all enjoy it !!!

Dogs home, cats home, world cruises by herself and then hoping my wife divorces me. There are some nasty people frequenting this site.
All I was hoping was that's she never went on forever, I would be quite happy if she got another ten years ffs, I,m not all bad.

All I read were the bold bits - would never want to oil up my mother in law mate. Now my sister in law is another matter HAHA

She's probably thinking how brilliant it would be if her son-in-law and his whole family could accidentally fall off the top of the London Eye, leaving her with no responsibilty to care about their future.

And then she can spend every penny of her hard-earned savings having an exciting, but irresponsible, old age, doing exactly what she wants.

Good luck to the old girl, say I.

Over heard my brood discussing how they will spend my money when ive popped my mortal coil. About 5 mill plus income of 250-300 grand a year for the next 50 years. So informed them at dinner the other evening that Ive gifted everything down to their childrens, children. Their faces !!!! priceless.
