You are kidding - straight on to his knee, could very easily have broken it, and if it had, could easily have ended his career. Much worse than many two-footed ones you see.

Having said that, I don't think he meant it like that though

I honestly don't think there's any way that tackle could have broken a leg, it was a tap, with studs showing, yellow card imo

He makes good headlines. However he is being very badly advised,to the extent that he will never shake off the media picture of him........But he is young and one can forget that age,as old farts like myself pass judgement on him . I wonder what his team mates think of him........

I love how according to Mancini, Balotelli is never going to play for City again. Hmmm, where have we heard that before Roberto?

I would say Tevez has done more harm to City than Balotelli has this year.
A reprise.

Mancini was doing the hokey cokey with Tevez.Warm up.Sit down.Warm up etc. etc.

Now ,of course ,as the manager he's entitled to do this, but in the end he p*ssed Tevez off royally, and got the resultant pettiness.

Okay.Tevez deserves a fine or suspensionby the club, and was probably expecting that. What he probably WASN'T expecting was Mancini's raft of accusations which even his staff on the bench did not confirm concerning a refusal to play.I think these were disproved at the Etihad Inquisition.

So Tevez didn't like being mucked about. The manager got the knock.Tevez got out his golf clubs. The manager got out Edin Dzeko.

Brilliant!

Now Mancini has tied his fortune to Balotelli, again backing the wrong horse.City have hit the skids, and the manager has looked increasingly incompetent.

Tevez will move on in the summer, and probably only returned to build the foundations to that.

Mancini could get the Crawley job.

There is talk of him being suspended for 9 matches after that tackle - we'll have to see if that happens but clearly many other people thought it was that bad.
