Oven chips which do you prefer crinklies, straight or the fat ones. Or do have other preferences.

Funny enough I prefer my oven chips to be crinklies.

Remember if you do have to nip out of the kitchen whilst they are cooking don't forget to make sure the oven door is firmly shut and do pop back and check on them every few minutes or so.

And if you have bags of them, do not leave them in the car as they will defrost, and leak all over the seats. It can be a bit of bugger explaining that one!

Very impressed the last time I came down to see the chippie at Five Ways did veggy sausages in batter. Only in Brighton. And of course Onion Vinegar, you don't get that in Yorkshire.
