I think also cosistency in team selection is starting to help. Most players need a run of games and that is exactly what Mac is getting. Looking better with each passing game so I would play him again at Anfield.

I was worried he wouldn’t have enough bite about him and that he would be one of those technically gifted players dubbed too lightweight but that worry has drifted away.

Reading the spurs fans comments on the report in today's Times, they think we are the dirtiest side in the league and Mac was told by GP to take out Ndombele!!

A few were very complimentary but the reporter was only interested in Spurs being so bad under Mourinho.

a galaxy far far away
I loved Alexis attempt at a rugby tackle to stop a breakaway in the second half

He couldn't even get close enough to bring the oppo down.

And I thought Argentina had a decent rugby side

Ndombele was trying to take out Mac. Mac won that battle.

Think it may have been his second such foul.
First was missed as Ref played on without pulling it back

He can do everything - the passing is some of the best I’ve seen from a Brighton player . I fear we won’t be able to hang onto him for the longer term, but enjoying watching him while it lasts

So, last year Brentford had a BMW frontline and this year we've got a MGB midfield!
Let's hope we never see Bissouma, Lallana, Mac and Caicedo in the line up. It would be sure to fall apart.

Hopefully Ali Mac and Joel Veltman will be fit for Anfield.
It would be great to be unchanged for a third game in a row.
