Read the book ages ago, it was excellent, haven't bothered watching the TV prog as I am leaving the country on Saturday and would miss all the other episodes.

Thought it was excellent, better than the book.

Of course, it helps when you have actors as good as Mark Strong and Derek Jacobi in the main roles.

LIVING IN SIN
it was ok but you could tell it had bee adapted from a book
(if that makes sense?)

Dandyman

In London village.
The book is one of a series of three which link the main characters. The other two are "He Kills Coppers" and "True Crime". All of the the books draw on the underbelly on the last 40 year and include everything from the Krays, Harry Roberts, the birth of the Skinheads and convicts as sociology students !

A very good read, IMO.
