Beach House play DLW Mon 13 June.
Television play DLW Tues 14 June.
The prospect of staying overnight in Bexhill is a worry.

Thank you for this - I have bought my ticket for a solo trip to Bexhill to see Television, one of my favourite bands ever...

Brilliant. :)

Went to see the Brighton Philharmonic at The Dome yesterday. Fantastic. What great value too.

An adult front stalls ticket £11, kids for £1. Thoroughly enjoyed it, and my kids (11, 9 and 5) were remarkably engaged too.

WEBER
Overture: Oberon

PROKOFIEV
Violin Concerto No.1

BRAHMS
Symphony No.3

(still live music right!)

Saw them do the Marquee Moon run through at Primavera a couple of years ago. It was predictably great but don't expect them to look to pleased about it. No interaction with the crowd and also a barely concealed hatred for each other.

Things picking up after a quiet January for me. Got Lindi Ortega at the Komedia Wednesday, am waiting for the line-up times for Brighton Day III to see if I can go to that Saturday afternoon before heading to Worthing for Abhorrent Decimation.

The following week Soulfly Monday and possibly Steve Mason Thursday.

I'll eat my hat if one of the other bands isn't Abattoir Blues, I reckon the other will be a London band.

Traams are a worthy headliner imo. Still think it'll be a good night and good on Be Nothing for trying to raise some money for charity from it.

I won't need to eat my hat, the new line up for the Girl Band gig is

The Wytches/ Traams/ Abattoir Blues/ Realms

Don't know much about Realms but the other 3 will be good.

That's a good enough line up to remain a sell out one would hope.

Ha. That actually makes me want to go more. In fact I'd prefer unconcealed hatred.

Bought tickets for Field Day, looks like a decent line up and I have heard the shit organisation has improved from its earlier years.

Delighted there's Broetzmann love-in on NSC. Less delighted that I'm on holiday on that date, missing not only the great man, but also us whop Burnley.
