Can we keep our players SOBER before tomorrow's game?

Brett will be drinking Orange Juice all night and Wardy is going to be drinking Ribena.

Gareth told me to take a sign to the Airport so that Peter & Jacqui would recognise me, this was what I took, they loved it and are taking it back home with them.

Good to see it all went smoothly which was

1. To get Wardy picked up on time and taken to Brighton
2. To make Wardy feel welcome which BB did superbly with his sign
3. To give an opportunity for a BHAFC fan to do the honours
4. To have a personalised trip with someone Wardy had been referred to who he could talk football about unlike an anonymous taxi driver
5. To recruit someone else to the game tomorrow - BB

I have 3 people for the trip back I will PM.

Thanks NSC.

Peter & Jacci Ward have arrived safe and sound and have been deposited at their hotel, The Royal Albion (how cool is that!). Peter and Jacci are a bit tired, obviously, but they were on great form and it was an absolute pleasure to collect them from Heathrow and chat with Peter about old times and with them both about their life in the States. They are a smashing couple.

:bounce:

He's back, collected Peter & Jacqui from Heathrow this morning.

The comments about bickering, "forting" (which you've posted before) and blagging just seemed disparaging to me. No offense intended.

None taken.

My 'blag' comment was that he had approached the club a few weeks back to try and get a ticket for the Huddersfield game. Successfully, I suspect.

As for Wardy's smelly arse, they're like Kilkenny Cats when he pumps up the volume...
