Popular theme. Played golf this morning, utter crap, course too wet, raining, pisspoor myself but all forgotten very quickly with tea, fried slice, sausage, bacon, egg, beans and black pudding afterwards. Food of champions. [emoji3]

true happiness comes from within... its a core feeling you either have or dont.... but you can change that.
external happiness is the bacon, the bha win, etc.. the euphoric moments that you desire, achieve and then hunt for what is next..
two different things..... external much easier to acquire.
