Well, you say that. I'd say that sticking your head up one man's bottom while another one tickles your testicles is a gay as a DAFFODIL Dave.

At least he is more entertainment value than the ten a penny 'new generation NSC' of internet hyperyouth who think that 3000 posts on an message board combined with some vague knowledge of PC football games makes them some kind of authority on all matters Albion.
Doesn't it?!?!?

Oh, bum!!!!!

I'm off to the palace boards then.

If one thing you have to admire him for his unfailing loyalty to McGhee, I have pretty much always felt that sense of loyalty to most Albion managers down the years (with a few exceptions) and so know exactly that it isnt as misguided as a lot of us think.

Everywhere McGhee has gone he has faced fans who either loved him or hated him, there seems to be no happy medium with McGhee, in my little set-to's with LI, I have always tried to provide REASONS or FACTS as to why McGhee is the most tactically inept non personality of a manager we have ever had at the club and he at last has admitted in a round about fashion that there are two opinions in the happy camp of Albion fans that one man cannot change.

LI came into NSC at a time when the 'old guard' of posters and cynics probably outweighed the positive party line majority that the board now posseses and was therefore loved by many of the bobblers who previously had very little collective voice other than when the Lemon Sherbets were being passed round the Costa Express.

At least he is more entertainment value than the ten a penny 'new generation NSC' of internet hyperyouth who think that 3000 posts on an message board combined with some vague knowledge of PC football games makes them some kind of authority on all matters Albion.

The man speaks SENSE.

Love him or hate him, LI has got a lot more nodde than many of the uber spastics that troll this board. His insistance, however, to present opinion as fact will always ensure he's never very popular, but maybe that's how he likes it.

That and the fact he's only been supporting Brighton for about five years.

Might not always agree with him, but then that's true of everyone else on here too.

What does it matter? I've only liked football for about 2 years.

Really? What did you do before.

My post was more as in 'I'm not so sure that is true'

Does it actually matter? There are going to be hell of lot more nouveau fans who DIDN'T traipse to Gillingham every other week who need actively to be courted and welcomed if Falmer isn't going to be half empty all the time. Snobbery about long-standing fan cred is turd. (Signed MoH, Goldstone regular since the age of about 5-6)

Before hand the love of my life (sporting-wise) was Formula One.

Mate of mine asked if I fancied going to watch Brighton at the play0ff final in Cardiff, and have been hooked since. Sadly it's cost me as small fortune as I've bought 4 brighton shirts in just over a year (2005/06 home shirt, Palace away, 1970's shirt from Toffs, 06/07 home).

thats why I only played the game twice...LOL

Although the second time, I shattered someone's collar bone so that put me off playing it 100%

Once again I wasn't having a go, I was more doubting the validity of the statement that he has only supported the club for 5 years.

He seems to have a very basic understanding of tactics, which is fine until he tries to come across as all knowing during a debate about tactics. That is when he comes across like a twat.
Also putting smilies at the end of every sentence, that is surely just to annoy people, which in turn is a twattish thing to do
