Looking at the Leicester ruling one of the issues that helped them is that there is a difference in the Premier League rules between ‘Club’ and ‘club’, which contributed towards avoiding a seven point penalty.

Whilst we usually associate the use of capitals with Daily Mail headlines and foaming at the mouth racist postings, it is important.

For example, there is a significant difference between “Will you help Uncle Jack off the horse?” and “will you help uncle jack off the horse?”.

You might have to explain the difference between your two examples at the end there. Please make it as detailed and graphic as possible so that there can be no doubt about the two meanings.

Thank you.
