I am very glad to see that no-one has gone large on any ex-Albion players, as is normally the case using the 'legend' and loyalty(?) justifications. This shows how far we have progressed in our aspirations since we were last in this situation. Having said that, there are very few candidates.
Nobby has disappeared after working in the Premier League after leaving us last time. Steve Cotterill and Dean Saunders have recently done very poorly, even though at one time Cotterill was too good for us, as were the remaining two suspects: Curbishley and Danny Wilson. A few years ago...maybe, but now we are too good for them, each for different reasons.
