I didn't realise India have managed to wangle such a competitive advantage as they seem to have done in this tournament. How have they managed to play all of their group games without travelling?

At one point it looked like India wouldn't play at all. The whole Pakistan / India thing. India have dressed it up as concerns over player safety in Pakistan, but there's more to it than that IMO.

The pitch again is proper slow, so England decide to pick Wood, Overton and Archer. I'll never understand why they picked a third quick on a pitch with no pace. So not quick enough to coax an error but fast enough for the batsmen to use the pace to score boundaries.
