Never been. Was thinking about it but since being on here all I hear is what a nightmare it is to get in and out and posters from Lewes telling us we are unwelcome, for local people etc. So think I'll stay in Brighton and watch all the hassle free fireworks that will inevitably be going off all night.

I'm in Lewes now, and already people are walking down the street in their fancy dress which denotes which society they are in

you can jump in a cab home from by the prison at 11.30 without waiting at all.

Whilst this post hinders greatly my own chance of getting home, here's a heads-up......apparently Lewes council has NOT set up a taxi rank at the prison this year. Cab driver this morning told me that some taxis will be in the Esso garage on Malling St.

Just come back from work on the train from Victoria to Eastbourne. Train absolutely PACKED upon departure from East Croydon. To top it all off, there was a punch up amongst a couple of people at Haywards Heath, one of which has clearly had too much to drink!

Im qutie happy to go down the local in a minute, get served quick and have a few jars.
