If the crowd around me in F/G Block were anything to go by, no one commented or seemed to notice. Just carried on chatting etc. It's the same with "Stand up if you hate Palace". Folk around me just groan in embarassment.

The same in L bLock North Stand. The people get more perturbed by 1 person who always shouts 'Get into em' and there is always speculation as to how long in the game before he says it. Or another who keeps shouting 'get a cross in' every time we have the ball and finally one over the aisle whose favourite is' foul throw ' for every thrown in.


It takes all sorts and mixes to make a good football crowd.
