I thought it had been irrefutably proved in every poll since time began that the definitive answer to this question is the werewolves of London:
I saw a werewolf with a Chinese menu in his hand,
Walking through the streets of Soho in the rain.
But I must admit a personal favourite of mine is:
Lovely Rita, meter maid, may I enquire discreetly,
When are you free to take some tea with me.
