Any fule kno that breakfast is not complete without:

Bacon - unsmoked and crispy
Eggs - fried
Grilled tomatoes - always real ones, never tinned
Fried bread - white sliced
Mushrooms
Does salt count as a condiment for these purposes? Because any sort of sauce is WRONG.

Good quality smoked back bacon - preferably rind on.
Proper English Breakfast Sausage
Traditional Black Pudding, thick cut and not served in hockey puck consistency.
Poached free range egg with a runny yolk (if it's overcooked, it goes back)
Fried Bread

Large mug of tea that has come out of an industrial sized urn.

If the egg is good enough you shouldn't need any sauces but just in case, Wilkin & Sons Tiptree Brown Sauce

P
Bacon - crispy
Egg - fried, sunny side up, runny
Tomato - whole, grilled
Fried Bread - firm, not soggy

These are the essentials, and then I am quite happy with any one of:
Sausage
Mushrooms
Baked Beans
Black Pudding
although I guess I would generally go for sausage.

Brown sauce, preferably Daddies.

Orange Juice.

Black Coffee.

Toast and Marmalade.

And that is a perfect British Breakfast. Ideally on a Sunday morning with all the Sunday papers reading the reports of a 3-0 win against Reading.

Orange juice and black coffee is the weirdest pairing ever. Both lovely individually but for breakfast. Terrible. Yeah if you are on a cruise or in a hotel or an American. For an English breakfast? No way.
