Along with the schools going back and mixing loads of households, the Eat Out to Help Out has basically given us the 2nd Wave and now Total Lockdown 2 is inevitable.

The scheme should have focused on take aways and deliveries.... but these weren't included. Fools.

cases made rises from holidays (see the rises abroad) and going back to school. the scheme was to help a £40bn industry, takeaways dont need support by their nature, thrived during lockdown.
