I bought 2 MASSIVE veal chops from there a weeks back and they were easily the best pieces of meat I've ever cooked at home. They were sawn off the joint in front of me about an inch and a half thick. I was dribbling.
Pan fried 3mins one side 2 the other. Olive oil, salt and pepper. Rare, juicey, tender, beautiful. f*** me were they expensive though.
