I know Colin was due to see a world renowned specialist in a bid to cure his achilles injury in the first week of January, anyone know how he got on??

Wishing Colin a speedy solution to this problem so we can see him back where he belongs in the famous blue and white stripes.

Perhaps he could see a world renowned specialist about sheer footballing ineptitude as well?

Spoke to him on Saturday (he was down at Komedia with some friends visiting from Ireland) and he said that he was 5 weeks from recovery and almost definitely wouldn't play again this season, and that his contract is up also. Said that working under Gus is brilliant and that he's hard as nails too!

Really nice bloke and I wish him the best wherever he ends up.

I feel sorry for him. I am sure his spell has not been disastrous through lack of effort.

The strange thing was, he looked quite good before his injury and then got rushed back. It can't have been easy for him. Came here with high hopes, settled, had a baby and then it has been downhill on the pitch ever since.

No hard feelings here, whatever happens to him.
