Its all well and good the left and right backs bombing forward but we continue to lose possession in the final third and on the counter attack from the opposition the midfielders whose job it is to cover the absence of the backs are not where they should be. The system only works if the midfield can actually defend.

Defending when attacking is what GP called it. JFC losing the ball in the position he did was what lost the game.

McCourt is better at keeping the ball than Teixeira and when he does lose it it is not so often in dangerous positions for the quick counter-attack.[/QUOTE]

From where does this come Tex usually loses it, if he does lose it, in the final third of the pitch. McCourt usually loses attempting to go around a 3rd player in our half usually just outside of our box a much more dangerous poistion.

Drop them all. It became obvious against Millwall that McCourt can only use his right foot. Losing possession started getting really bad from the dreadful Spurs match. I think that was about the time that Crofts got injured?

Harty is an Idiot

There lies Hypias problem he believes the system is the way forward, we all know or think different.

Its not all that different what went before, apart from the important details.

I blame Harty cause of the drivel in the Worthing Herald for the hysterics!
