Full house next home game then?

Yeah, right.
If they get a result tomorrow - er, still no. But there should be more than there would have been before DK wielded the knife at Topolinos.

Sea sea seasiders

Something ironic about that statement when it was supposedly "us" loyal fans that chased the last manager out.

Money can't be that tight at the club, they would have got a discount at Donatellos.

I've been pondering on how this tender scene panned out all morning - whether it's like splitting up with a bird in a restaurant: all tears and tantrums and shouting from McGhee before he finally storms out, leaving DK sitting there looking like an aging French roue, glass of white wine in hand, embarrassed shrug and a smile to the other diners.

Seriously - do they have a private room there or is there really the possibility that you could be eating a pizza while, erm, the Albion boss gets sacked on the next table.

I f***ing LOVE DICK KNIGHT.

Mark (stirring his coffee): This is all very pleasant Dick. We must do it again next week?
Dick: Err, I've been meaning to talk to you about next week Mark ...

I reckon it's like that scene in Jerry McGuire where, errr, Jerry McGuire is given the elbow.

They were in a dining establishment too - the theory being that it reduces chances of a scene by doing it in public.

Do you think McGhee is now shouting "Shooooow me the muuuuney" down the phone to someone or other?

Do you reckon they ate first? Poor old MM looks like he enjoys his food but this might have made the old Napoletana stick in his gullet.

I reckon DK DEFINITELY had a couple of liveners first to steady the hand. Brandy, gulped down in one. Or grappa.

I think, if my memory serves me correctly, there is a little raised bit away from the main area where they could sit. I've not been there for years though.

Nestling in green nowhere
Ah the imagery!... the clinck clack of cutlery on crockery, the gentle slurping slavering on pasta and pizza, Knight looks up from his American hot, wiping the slightest blob of tomato topping from his beard and gazing at Magoo through rhuemy eyes..."Mark, it isn't you, its me... I just think you are too good for me, I think we should both see other people"
