The charge of failing to control players in this instance is when the referee/assistants get too much verbal from players disagreeing with a potential match changing decision , mainly it is used when there is a scrap among players on the pitch or too many bookings occur.

Thought we only had about 3?

3 players on yellows and painter got 2 yellows!
its just standard procedure, if you have 5 or more bookings its sent to the FA and then they fine you, you have to pull of a good appeal to get it turned round as well and if the players didn't react to much to the bookings i can see it being turned round!
