The reason for asking is that I see from January 9 you can buy a hospitality package for the final starting at €690.

Of course there’s a long way to go yet and it might end up being something like Liverpool v Bayer Leverkusen, but it’s a chance to see a Europa League final at a price, but not as high as it will be on StubHub. If you are reasonably confident/hopeful and unlikely to get a ticket via the club, or don’t mind if it’s someone other than Albion and are prepared to gamble and spend a bit regardless, it’s not a ridiculous option.

This is obviously not intended for those who think €690 for a game of football cannot be justified! You should see what they are charging for the Champions League final at Wembley, those prices are multiples of this one .

I admire the optimism/delusion of anyone who is confident we'll be in Dublin. Sure, it's a possibility but there are some very strong teams with genuine European pedigree left in the competition. We have a long, long way to go

99% of which really don't want to be drawn against the Albion.

After the knock out round we'll probably be fifth or sixth favourites with the bookies, which feels about right to me.

We've never played a European knock-out game. Personally I'm choosing to enjoy the ride without any expectations or glances towards Dublin

Not sure thinking we're roughly the fifth best team left in the competition a 'faux' inferiority complex... More just pragmatism/realism.

If the knockout rounds were populated with more AEKs and the current iteration of Ajax I'd have probably booked my flights & hotel already. Do think we have a real shot at this year but just very aware that a Liverpool/Leverkusen/AC Milan would still be a very tough to knock out over two legs!

Injuries. That’s the key. If we can go a solid month with no new injuries and get back the three players were expecting our squad will look very different. Plus any potential recruitment in January.

I can't see the T&Cs anywhere there, but are such corporate tickets transferable?

€690 is a lot of money, but for somebody who feels they wouldn't have any chance of having the points to buy a ticket through the Albion, I think it MIGHT be worth buying a couple of these, IF it is permissible to sell them on. Whilst the odds of the Albion getting to the final are slim, there's little risk if you can sell them on to Liverpool / West Ham / AC Milan fans, otherwise.

Problem is Air BnB owners can just as easily cancel as well and relist at a much higher cost. It happened a lot in Rome this year for the Ryder Cup.
