The East Stand could be the new North Stand

Having read comments from the 500 guys and gals who sang their hearts out yesterday I'm going to suggest something I've said before. All the folks who enjoy a good sing song should get together in the east stand and get singing at home matches. The family stand next door do a good job and I think that having another boisterously noisy stand behind a goal would really help the atmosphere.
Thoughts ?

It would all get lost at one end of the pitch, having the family stand ot one end and the 'singing' section at the other end would create more of an atmosphere aslong as everyone is singing, not just the small group around rows L-P

Awful view from there. Would prefer to see most of the game and sing from H-J back!

We do try in the family stand. It's great to have all the young-un's singing along with us too. They all seem to enjoy it and thats an achievement on its own.

Would be great for the East Stand to join us,as whenever we sing "we're the left side..." to the other side of the Family stand they just stare at us.

I'm sure most of the kids will know "The animals went in two by two":clap2:

trouble is no-one can hear anything from there and two, that would kill off any atmos anywhere else in the ground if you shoved them all in there.

Of course it would mean that the Stewards would be concentrated away from H block

view from east stand ain't bad

could make it home singing section for next season with reduced prices for match tickets of £15 and season tickets at say £300 each

when playing larger local clubs they could have h & j blocks for extra away fans - as would happen in home cup games when 15% to visitors is compulsory

Milwall could have sold more than their allocation

Am sure Bristol City and Forest could both sell more than 1,000 away tickets as well given the chance; Bournemouth and Gillingham would do as well

Plus saves all the usual moaning about, I had a "xxx" fan sat next to me in the south stand etc

E, F an G blocks might also wake up and sing rather than moan to the home dugout etc

I can't even hear the family stand from my vantage point in Block L of the North.
