Interesting comments at the bottom of the article. Maybe the branding was too clever for its own good. First challenge was probably to establish the idea of a pub in the station, make everyone aware and keep reminding them. In that context 'The Dog and Duck' may have been a more successful name that 'The Cyclist Refreshment Rooms'.

Maybe get Spoons in there and see if they can make a go of it
