It does sound ridiculously easy but i tried this whilst at college a few years ago and i can tell you this now, its bloody difficult.
My best is about 2 in 46 seconds. Your mouth is so dry it become possible to chew anymore.
It's a world record for a reason though, its not going to be easy!
