My wife and I are having our booster jabs at my local pub The Bevy tomorrow lunchtime.
Unfortunately I won't be having a :drink: as later I have a full MRI scan with dye on my bonce booked at The RSCH.
Over two months late.

48 years old and just been able to book my booster for early January. It's pretty much 5 months to the day since my second jab. I could've had the week before Christmas but didn't fancy that

Had my booster a couple of days ago, and was offered and took the flu jab whilst I was at it.

All very efficient.

I had my C-19 and flu jabs last Friday and wanted them both in the one arm. The doctor who was administering the vaccines advised onein each arm which left me unable to sleep on my side for two nights. Dilemma or what?

Got my booster at Churchill Square yesterday. Arrived at 8.45 for a 9am appointment. The queue was managed extremely well, excellent service from the professionals and volunteers as always. Out at 9.23 after my 15 minute rest. Very good indeed, and encouraging number of walk ups queuing as well.

Flu jab this afternoon.

I'll chip in then. Booster tomorrow at a local surgery who have been vaccinating like mad things since the who thing started.

Lots of volunteers helping with queuing and organising in all winds and weathers. When I complimented the nurse regarding the good work of the NHS during a previous vaccination she replied that she was only doing what she was trained to do sitting down in a nice warm and dry surgery and that
she took her hat off to all the volunteers helping outside in the cold and wet!

I'm not sure that it's good news, but I had my booster yesterday.

The first two jabs had no side effects whatsoever, but today I have a slightly sore spot where the injection was. Barber OUT :annoyed:
