If they are having a pitch inspection then I'll not travel. Can't afford to to fork out £70 on a train ticket knowing they're having a pitch inspection. Will the club give the all clear in the morning?

At moment I have not heard anything about a pitch inspection but that will happen tomoz sometime I am sure there is talk about the west brom v villa game being in doubt already and some transport are already advising of reducing services according to midlands today

Bloody brilliant that is. I'd be better of canncelling my trip then, don't want to find myself in the same situation like other fans going to Blackburn

Would rather lose my £27 than £97 :(

Birmingham snow update......,

I just cannot see the game going ahead at present we have had about half inch of light snow over last 4 hours and its settled on pavements even on main road where I live so with tomorrows heavy prolonged snow due I honestly can't see any chance of match going ahead I do know Birmingham are going to keep fans informed which I am sure will be tomorrow so hopefully you guys down there won't have a wasted journey :)

Birmingham have said that if it snows as expected, the game will be fine.

If it snows much more than that, it could be in jeopardy. Snow itself doesn't stop the game, and let's face it, they will be more concerned about 18,000 home fans' ability to travel to the game than 800 or so away fans.

By the seaside in West Somerset
been over to see my grandson in south Birmingham. Nothing much in the way of snow south or west of Birmingham so far

Birmingham snow update......,

BCFC have said it will probably be down to the Police to make the decision on the local area, pitch should be playable but if roads aren't gritted then there is no chance.

Most of the surrounding roads aren't exactly small either I seem to remember.
