As a fat bloke, you might be surprised to hear this but...

I never touch boxed cereals. The excessive fat, sugar and additives contained in them is enough to drive anyone mental. Not for me thanks, I'll stick to kippers on brown toast.

They aren't all bad...shreddies, weetabix etc. although you'll not be doing badly by your kippers and toast it has to be said! (Unless they're drowned in oil)...

I always have two slices of triangle toast with marmite alongside it.

Toast tastes so much better when cut into triangles. Although I wouldn't ruin it by applying marmite.

Absolutely! I am very much in the triangle camp. The boys of the house prefer squares but get triangles, the Starry Daughters prefer bat, pumpkin, princess, fish etc shaped toast.

Thank god, there is at least 1 responsible, mature, person on this forum:-

BREAKFAST BOULDERS. mmmmmmmmmmmmmm.
Although they are not as big as they used to be.

Admittedly I may well be buying a box of Start, when I run out of Weetabix, I used to really like that.

Just Right but porridge in winter. I am very partial to Sugar Puffs occasionally.
