Not sure too many others would include McCourt, swap him for Orlandi and I wouldn't disagree with your other choices. Bridcutt was good enough to play the holding midfield position on his own.

I considered a 4141 with Kaz replacing Rohan but I fear it'd be rather suspect defensively. Kaz on the bench for me, ready to replace whichever of Vicente or Orlandi got injured first.
