It's sentence construction. The respeaker says 'the reds against the black and whites comma he boasts' - the software slightly misrecognises the 'whites comma' (not helped by the soft 'h' sound of 'he' following it) and puts up 'white scum'. It's a common error, but not usually with such hilarious results.

Well Andrew Castle made his own freudian slip without any subtitlers to blame!
He was talking about police cuts when he had a Rachel Riley moment, asked for an extra consonant and came up with an 'n'! He glossed over it, not unsurprisingly!
