I don't understand why they stopped the normal ball boys from doing it. they were proper fans who would give up their time doing it for nothing.

Does anyone know how the previous ballboys were told of the decision not to use them anymore? A pleasant and gentle note from someone senior presumably, sent in good time.

Errrr once? Thought he had a good game.

Really, I thought he looked unfit, lost the ball too easily, gave short passes in areas we didn't want the ball, putting other players under pressure, and all too often lunged in when he should have stayed on his feet. That said he was one of many like this in our side last night. But hey, that's the beauty of football we all have our opinions.

At one point late on in the second half one of the ball boys threw the ball so nonchalantly, he failed to clear the advertising board and it ricocheted back into the away end, wasting more time.

The ball boys are now youth team players rather than actual ball boys.
The idea was to get the young players used to the atmosphere and the game at pitch level.

Nice idea but they need some guidance in their role...

Their 'performance' was noted by a few near me in WSU

Yep, with attitudes like that on show, it doesn't bode well for the next generation squad coming through!

who are the under 21's?

they dont even exist... as for expensive cars you are talking out of your arse.

The club seem to talk about the U21s a lot for a team that apparently don't exist.

And regarding the expensive cars I suggested that's what they want to do not what they necessarily are doing.
