Cold rain in Lancing. 3C. All very boring

Should be a cold week but no time when temperatures will fall below zero, day or night

No signs of any snow on the horizon

For us in the South, this is about as cold as it gets in Winter now

Nothing to see here

Brilliant. Uncle has spoken. Snow fest time!

A couple from my walk today in Brontë country. What looks like a river in the first one is the Pennine Way. The second one is next to Heathcliffe's pad, just seen on the right.

I know you are not a fan of the charts but is some interesting potential for snow all around and some more cold weather over a prolonged period. Be interesting how it plays out.

Seen some of the person ctures in the press and in BBC of children sledging in the Midlands, hills ked to the rafters. What are the parents thinking? We're on the middle of a pandemic, they should be at home inside indefinitely, not out mixing with others.

At moment the front that is heading out in the channel is all rain. It may well turn to sleet or snow as temps drop but unless there is a small shift north most likely be relatively dry but cold night all round
