Just drove to Eastbourne from Willingdon, only a mile or two it is snowing so much heavier in Eastbourne, maybe heavier stuff is right on coastal strip at the moment.

The BBC got this a little wrong.
Even this morning they were forecasting next to no snow for the Sussex Coast / Downs today, and a paltry 2 to 4 cm in total by tomorrow breakfast.

Already accumulating rather nicely throughout Brighton and Hove (away from the gritted roads and pavements).

Decent covering here in Horsham short sharp blizzards, the trains to London were a complete mess from here according to Southern Rail it was Snowmageddon in Pulborough.

I'm not one to boast or anything but a nice little heat wave where I live for the next few days.
Dont get me wrong I love the flakes too but just need some heat now.
