Fine snow has been falling here for about 20 minutes. Settling nicely.

Meanwhile ... the young Miss Bracknell has been stuck in a snowdrift for five hours at Charles de Gaulle airport, waiting for a snowplough to clear a way to a terminal building, so that passengers can be let off the plane. With no incoming flights landing at Heathrow all day today, she has no idea how or when Kenya Airways might get her back to the UK.
