Continued flumpage in my part of Patcham. Mrs D just tried driving to Hove but gave up around Dyke Road as roads seem very dodgy, and she was also worried about what things would be like when she tried to travel home. Valley Drive already seemed dicey (apparently).

After all this build up I bet they didn’t bother to treat the roads. Plonkers.
No point treating the roads when it was only raining as it just gets washed away - they will go out later once the temperature has dropped but before it starts freezing

Uckfield: snow flake size has got a lot smaller, but still coming down - and now trying to settle on car roof and the short bit of roof below my study window. Suspect it'll settle nicely (on grass at least) later tonight if we get some intensity back into it.
