North Sussex flumpage update. Started around 25' ago, light first, got heavy, laying on roads and garden but stopped now. Plans to stay at home and not do much today have fortunately not been disrupted by this.

It tried a couple of times here in Uckfield, but at best we had about 15 minutes of heavy wet snow that melted on contact.

No, it’s part of the Colne through the garden. About 30 yards downstream, the two parts join up again, but I didn’t take a photo of the junction.

Lovely stuff, there is some nice walks along the Colne Valley.
Don't go near the water treatment works along the GU canal, near Rickmansworth, especially in the summer :sick:
