It looks like

Tonight - cloudy and cold - temps dropping sub zero despite cloud cover, as the air is very cold. Some very light snow possible. Any clear spells, will see temps plummet.
Sunday - some snow late morning, heavier in the East, possibly lasting into the evening
Sunday Night - could be very cold, possibly -10C inland if we get clear skies
Monday - currently looking marginal here, with a 50% snow chance, as another low comes into range - details still unclear though
Tuesday - Fri - still a lot of disagreement model wise.. need more runs.

According to the BBC tonight we wll miss the snow tomorrow. Eastbourne, East and North. Still a good 3 inches of lying snow here. Hardly any thaw and a max today of 0.5C. Got to be happy with that. A good couple of snow days.

Just looked - yes, the current output has the snow slipping from the SE corner, up the East coast... still time for it to change.

BBC and Met Office showing light snow for Willingdon most of tomorrow and some on Monday too,

Am I right in saying this time the further east you are, the more you'll get ?

Yes, the heaviest snow will be crossing the channel via the Calais -> Dover ferry.
