Just woken up! Light dusting here in Haywards Heath, and we've still got another 6 hours at least of snow to come. Bring it on!

Glad I moved the car to the layby at the bottom of our (private and therefore ungritted) v steep access road. Couple of years ago vehicles up here were snowed in for 3 days.

Now the second most viewed thread on the big board, about 8,000 to go to catch the ramblings of Leon Knight!

I reckon we will do that by the end of the day or tomorrow.

Well done Papa :)

Snow has upped its game in RH20, just had the posties van struggle up the hill on our (also unadopted and ungritted) road, don't think I will see many more vehicles coming up today unless they are 4x4.

Not really a blizzard, its quite small stuff really, it's when you get the big chunks like cotton wool thats when to start shouting " Blizzard ! "

However, It certainly is settling in Worthing, main roads have a little but side roads already whiteing up alarmingly.

Have panic bought a bottle of Port and a bottle of red to see me through the next 48 hours.
