Horses for courses though, and this clearly isnt the wicket for him.

If it was a settled side then why didnt Thorpe retain his place....

It was so obvious that Giles would be innefective on this pitch and that it would be the seamers who would take the wickets.
Tremlett should have been given a go, or Thorpe play as the extra bat, ive been saying it all week.

And then the fecker (Tremlett) would not be sharing a last minute stand with Mulberry Feckwit

It is a conspiracy!!

Cricket is beginning to get on my f***ing TITS.

Go out anf get drunk tonight do not discuss cricket. Cut in, if anyone ventures to muse about Sussex or England by stating that the bint behind is disrobing slowly and tantalisingly!!

If that does not work, poke them in the eye!!

Well England decided that they needed a spinner. He will plough through overs and give the seamers a rest.

In reality are 4 seamers are good, but there is very little back up. Not convinced with Tremlett, but time will tell (doing well with the bat at number 11 today). Anderson at last is getting some games in county cricket and will come back a better player for it. Then players like Ali and Saggers are like Kirtley good county players but not much else.

If England had played 6 specialist batsman plus Flintoff, it would have put a huge work load on the 4 seamers. I know Vaughan and Pietersen can bowl a bit, but the reason they rarely do is down to the fact that they are not all that.
