Mmm... I haven't received an email for the arsenal game, anyone else in this boat?
I've had 2 & 2 so far.

I have no idea if I've received an email for any of the games - you can just login to the ticketing site to see your groups.

Your idea would make things worse I believe as tiers would be equal nos. With 24,000 season tickets (for example) 6000 in each tier so only 1/3rd of tier ones would get ticket in the scramble. whereas now if you are in tier one you are I believe guaranteed a ticket!

4-2-4 for me !! No tickets yet .

Well, no, because you'd have 12 x groups of 2000-ish.

I would have done it like this, to randomise the first and second priority whilst ensuring no fan gets first dibs twice.

Priority 1 - Group A (chosen at random from P3)
Priority 2 - Group B (chosen at random from P3)
Priority 3 - Group C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K, L

Priority 1 - Group E (chosen at random from P3)
Priority 2 - Group L (chosen at random from P3)
Priority 3 - Group B, C, D, F, G, H, I, J, K
Priority 4 - Group A

Priority 1 - Group H (chosen at random from P3)
Priority 2 - Group L (chosen at random from P3)
Priority 3 - Group B, C, D, F, G, I, J, K
Priority 4 - Group A, E (only get back into P3 if enough games played)

Etc.

I wouldn't have told fans the group number - just the Priority for each match.

2-4-2 for my little bubble.

Not sure I will get a ticket for the Arsenal game as I can't say I particularly enjoyed the Southampton match day experience.

3, 4 now 1 so good news for us. Question for those that went to the Sheff game...How close was the photo ID checked. My...ehm...*cough* friend is asking as the ticket is in his older daughters name but the younger one would like to attend in her sisters place?

The steward checked the name on the ticket matched my driving licence and said enjoy the game MXL.

However not sure he could match my picture on my licence with me as I had a mask, glasses and a hat which covered most of my face!

Long thread so this may have already been suggested? Anyone who has managed to get a ticket should be excluded from future ballots

Now that would be fair, no?

4 for Southampton, got ticket on exchange
2 for Sheffield United, got ticket as soon as the window opened
1 for Arsenal. Feel like one of the lucky ones.

Like all good teams, you made your own luck, well done on going to all 3
