Hmmm. That wasn't the impression I got!

He is a liar.
Winking at the interviewer wasn't a great move either!
I honestly don't - I can't see the point and frankly, I've not had to. But if I found out that anyone I wanted to hire had, they'd be out the door. Trust is important.Everyone lies on their CV's to a certain extent.
who do you want then?

.
Alex.
Honest, hard-working, and eager to learn. Everything an APPRENTICE should be.

apparantly he's 24
My take on the finalists:
Helene: What is she STILL doing there. No personailty, has not showed anything during the tasks and quite a nasty piece of work at times.
Alex: Blagger without the blag! Super salesman my arse. He couldn't talk his way out of a paper bag. Not the charmer he is made out to be either and quite manipulative.
Claire: Ruth Badger but without the talent.
Lee: I want him to win as he seems most genuine, despite his CV lie. Likeable fella who will walk through brick walls for you.
Hope Lee wins!
I missed it last night, what did Lee (I assume you're all talking about Lee, not Alex) lie about?
Alex has been a crafty sod throughout this process: each time it's become obvious his team were going to lose a task, he started to distance himself from any decisions and pretend he had no input, in order to avoid being brought into the boardroom by the team leader.
Lee is a LIAR. Dress it up how you like, and point out all his good points as often as you want, he's still DISHONEST.
In fact he's not only DISHONEST, but he's STUPID and LAZY as well. What kind of MORON would produce a CV and not run a spell-check on the document? Schoolboy error.
